The students of Cook/Stewards Course 2 (CS 2) have successfully completed their catering course practicals on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at the Ho Technical University (HTU), Ho.
The practical session formed part of the course requirements aimed at equipping trainees with hands-on experience in food preparation, catering management, hygiene, and hospitality service delivery.
During the exercise, students demonstrated culinary and catering skills acquired throughout the training, showcasing competence in meal preparation, presentation, kitchen management, and professional service standards.The practical training provided participants with the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real working environment, thereby strengthening their confidence and readiness for operational responsibilities within the Ghana Navy.The exercise forms part of the continuous collaboration between the Supply Application School (SAS) and Ho Technical University (HTU) in enhancing professional and technical training for personnel under the Naval Training Command (NAVTRAC).
