The new executives of the Naval Wives Association (NAWA), East, on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, paid a courtesy call on the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC), Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Commodore Solomon Asiedu-Larbi, at the Tema Naval Base.
The purpose of the visit was to formally introduce the new executives and pledge the Association’s support to the FOC and the Command.Speaking on behalf of NAWA, Mrs Georgina Kankam expressed profound gratitude to God Almighty for the leadership of Commodore Asiedu-Larbi and assured him of the Association’s continuous prayers and support. She reaffirmed NAWA’s commitment to supporting the Command’s initiatives whenever possible.In his remarks, Commodore Asiedu-Larbi expressed sincere appreciation for the visit and the goodwill extended to him. He commended NAWA for its longstanding support of the Ghana Navy and pledged his continued support to the Association.The visit concluded with the presentation of deep freezers to the outgoing Magajiya, Mrs Esther Yeboah, and Mrs Adom Martha in recognition of their dedication and commitment.
